Kevin Price and The Price of Business is proud that one of our regular contributors, Mary Ann Faremouth, is the author of a short story which has just been declared a winner by the Authors Marketing Guild. The short story, Dream Accident, is loosely based on a real life chemical explosion which happened in Mary Ann‘s neighborhood earlier this year. The explosion resonated with her that there are no guarantees in life and how important our relationships are to each of us. It is important that we hold onto those people in our life that we love and care about. Accidents happen every day and they change our lives forever. We don’t know how much time we have with those we love. This is a story about hope and having the opportunity to change our lives for the better, without wasting time. It’s never too late to make better choices in life. This winning story will be published in October, 2020, along with other winners in this short story anthology competition. While Mary Ann normally writes Prescriptive
Non-Fiction, this short story shows her diverse talents as a Fiction author. She was also a winner in 2019 with Authors Marketing Guild with her short story entry.
