Wayne graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with departmental honors and Phi Beta Kappa, and is a Yale Law School graduate.
Wayne represents novelists, journalists and other authors, film and television writers, directors, visual effects supervisors and companies, literary/talent agents and managers, motion picture and television producers, and licensing of rights in previous productions for remakes and sequels or television series. Wayne has developed particular expertise in production and distribution of independent and studio films and series.
